After my tooth crumbled, Dr. Andrea Holstein performed a root canal. My first ever experience with a root canal. Office and equipment were state of art. Dr. Holstein was extremely skilled and painless. Explained the entire process. Highly recommend if you need her services.

Dr Andrea Holstein this is a direct review about you and your inhumanity.
After receiving a root canal treatment I was asked to come back to test another tooth (that I did not have any problems with at all) and when I came back to this appointment. She took this tool and held it under CO2 until it was freeing cold and then pressed and held it on this other tooth to the point it was literally sizzling out of my mouth and I was in excruciating pain. Obviously if you do this to ANY tooth with freezing cold touches it will hurt! I already told you ALL of my teeth are sensitive to the cold (even just cold water) and then you pull something like that with that information given to you less than 5 minutes ago? Then you recommend I need another root canal because of the pain? Seriously? This is completely inhumane and psychopathic way to upsale! I would have been open to considering the need for another rot canal if I was actually in some type of normal discomfort or pain.
NOTE: She performed these tests several times before the root canal as well (not even just once) on at least 3 different teeth. What is the purpose of this? It was extremely clear which tooth needed the work initially.

This was the worst dental experience I have ever had. I was in tremendous pain before and after the treatment. The office is
shabby and dirty and the entire office felt out of date- including the equipment.
They stand over you as you pay and only will accept full payments, not checks and will not work with you to allow a payment option - even 2 payments. Their words were that they only see you one time so they need all their money before you leave the office. What a terrible place.

The experience at Dr. Andrea Holstein was an absolute nightmare. She works under another Dentist named Eddie Harouni who was equally inept. Their facilities were untidy and their staff extremely rude and unprofessional. I had a procedure in which they drilled through my molar due to an infection. Afterwards the pain was so intense, due to a poor procedure, that I had to call back and request a stronger pain killer, at which point both Eddie Harouni and Andrea Holstein insinuated that I may be a drug abuser and declined to issue a more powerful pain killer. I was shocked at the accusation, as if I wanted to get my molars drilled just to obtain prescription medication. Then they started to ask me what I had available in MY OWN CABINET! ARE YOU SERIOUS!? I go for a procedure and you're asking me if I have any advil at home? So after billing me a $215 co-pay and billing my insurance company a few thousand dollars, then putting a huge hole in my molar they left me in extreme pain and discomfort. I've never dealt with such inefficiencies in any Dentist office like I did with Andrea Holstein's office. This is not my normal Dentist as I was sent to see a "specialist" and this is where I ended up, anything but special. Terrible.

I almost fell asleep while she did my pain free root canal. She explains the procedures in detail & in simple laguauage using state-of-the-art X-ray images on a LCD monitor. She's the greatest!

Dr. Holstein is a true artist. I had to get two root canals on two consecutive days and Dr Holstein performed an excellent, painless job. She was also very informative about the whole process and extremely professional. In an orchestra of endodontists, she's first violin. Recommended without any reservations.

Dr. Holstein performed an excellent pain-free endodontal procedure. She is well trained and exhibits much professionalism. There was not much wait time from arrival to getting into the chair to getting started with the procedure. The technology seemed to be very up to date with the use of digital x-rays. I was in and out in less than 90 minutes. The office staff was very friendly.
