Dr. Jay cook has moved to 4601 West 109th Street in the Fox Hill Professional Building. The address on this website is no longer correct. we were well pleased with dr. Cooks professional expertise

My Experience: Dentures / Partials

Orignally liked them. Then they took money out of my checking account for over 6 months & Katie claimed they never did. She chastised me for not making my payments & demanded I take out a care credit card. I did so. I checked my records & let her know she was wrong. She then let me know they had done this to lots of people & she knew that was likely what had happened & she would get me refunded promptly. Katie then wasted months not solving the problem telling me she was working on it and being rude to me about it. They determined they owed me $325 but refused to pay me directly. After months they still weren't applying it to the card as promised & Katie was ignoring my calls. I disputed the charges. She sent the card company a nasty letter completely trashing me! In the letter she admitted their mistake but then charged me $100 out of nowhere for the free service of re-cementing the crown they put on so poorly that it falls off almost monthly. I was not told there would be any charge all of a sudden for this regular temporary remedy for their poor work which I'd always been forgiving of while bringing them multiple new customers and speaking well of them. Never again!

THE BEST IN KANSAS I WONT BE BOUNCING AROUND TOWN LOOKING FOR A NEW DENTIST AGAIN.

About Front Desk: The staff in Dr.Cooks office is very helpful in assisting with scheduling, dental insurance plans, and answering all questions.

About Hygienist: DR.COOK is a professional and kind dentist. He offers a good dental insurance plan and I give him a star rating....

I would never go anywhere else. Other dentist wanted to pull tooth n do bridge. Dr cook saved my tooth. He is the best and his staff wonderful!!! He was also available by cell anytime. If you want the best treatment go see family first dental

Dr Cook is very easy to talk to and is very informative. I was very nervous about getting work done and he put me at ease. He is the only dentist I have felt comfortable with.

About Front Desk: Roxy got me in right away, was very helpful with my insurance questions, and explained my out of pocket expenses.

About Hygienist: Jenny made me feel very comfortable. She is gentle and very informative.

Acts like a sleazy used car salesman and is always trying to sell invisalign and cosmetic treatments. Seems like a quack. Also has a revolving foor of dental hygeneists.

Do not,not not go to this dentist. Not only will he recommend treatment that you won't need, but the treatment that he does perform is poor. My daughter had two fillings done, 1 year later they now need to be replaced because they were not sealed properly and she now has 2 cavities under the fillings. She does not have any other cavities. I had a crown on my tooth and it ended up needing to be replaced 1 year later because of his incompetence. Save your self some poor treatment, and possibly unneeded teatment and find another dentist.

The Very Best! I had cleaning,teeth removed, implants, Examinations, x-rays, and help with dental insurance. 100 percent satisfaction overall...No Pain, better cost, best manners (polite),great staff,clean and pleasant office waiting rooms and restrooms. I always recommend Dr. Jay Cook to others.
