I find this office very professional. They receptionists respond quickly and I have always found them accommodating. So much so, I asked once how they could get my family in for an office vist with Dr Raufi within hours of cracking a tooth. They responded we do that fr our patients. They prices are very reasonable for services. I have had all my work done by Dr. Raufi who completed without issue 2 crowns, 2 cavities 12 or so cleanings in the past 7 years. Facilities are clean and I certainly would and have recommended Dr Lida Raufi to others. Plus like lots of people I' don't like going to the dentist. But Dr Raufi is soft spoken, gentle and has a great chair-side manner. I love her, she cares. Plus if I have to go to the dentist its a plus that she is so pretty.

BEWARE of this practice....They are not members of the ADA or AZDA & are the worst w/ w/sub Dentists filling in for Raoufi. A disgrace to the profession! Patients beware! Lost 4 teeth b/c of their ignorance &incompetence! They should be sanctioned & lose licenses. You get what you pay for & they are a disaster.

I lost two teeth due to incompetence,
charged $15K for work that had to be removed
Worst dental practice in AZ.
They dismiss all patient requests and ignore pain and ignore infections.

Doctor took xrays - gave me clean bill of health, calls me in 6 month later to tell me I have 2 cavities as a result of the 6 month old xray. Just doesnt sound right to me. I will be getting a second opinion.

Dr. Raufi and her staff are very friendly and welcoming. She takes the time to know the patients and explain the problem and her procedure, but to a lesser extent discusses the alternative treatment optoions. She is personally very pleasant. At times she seems a bit too agressive when it comes to treating minor problems, although one could think of her as being a perfectionist. I had several procedures done on my teeth including two crowns and a couple of fillings. I had problem only with one of the fillings that was very sensitive for 1-2 months. The cost is relatively high and you may get referrals for different procedures.
