I have seen Duke for about 15 years and have always had excellent, prompt, and caring dental care. I've had a couple special procedures done and he and his office staff were wonderful, and they are still. Very consistent, friendly, professional. Great group of people.

Very straight forward, cares to let you know what he is doing as he does it. The procedure went quickly -- two fillings replaced. I was diagnosed and had both my fillings replaced in less than a half an hour.

Dentist is very quick in his exams. He seems to more interested in passing people through his office quickly in order to see more patients in available time. He did two fillings for me in back molars that are too high and don't feel right when I put my teeth together and then charged another high fee to correct and they still don't feel right.
About Hygienist: Did not do a thorough cleaning and left placque and stains on teeth. Very short cleaning.

This dentist made a crown for my back molar and it has never fit properly and my bite didn't feel right. I went back in a couple of times but he never could make it any better. I ended up changing dentists and they had to redo it which cost me a lot of extra $

I used this dentist for over 10 years as a general dentist and and have now found another dentist. Dr. Rakich referred me to a dishonest specialist in another area of denistry who has had his license suspended and been placed on probation by the State Dental Board. Dr. Rakich had also sold me a tooth whitening kit that had to be mailed to me after my impressions were made of my teeth since I was relocating. The kit arrived and the product was outdated and didn't whiten because of this. He refused to replace it or refund my money because he knew I had moved out of state. He probably unloaded his old inventory on me for this reason since he knew I relocated and wouldn't be needing his services any longer.
