Dr. Alnaqib took over the practice of Brent Miller, which was a very good practice. The Dental Technician who assists is very strong with helpfulness. The billling office would be well served to warm up a bit, perhaps she is not fulfilled in her job. There was one time when the schedule was way behind, but don't know if it was due to an unusual circumstance. Wish I would have received a call, so I didn't leave work early to get there on time. Waited 35 minutes.
Dr. Alnaqib has wonderful client relations skills. She is warm, helpful, interested, and sensitive to your concerns. She exudes confidence in her skills. The front receptionist is very pleasant to deal with.
Pulls a lot of Midwesterners, with her Ohio roots.
They spoil clients with hand wax services during treatment, if requested, to soften hands. They have fresh cookies for your reward after treatment, along with beverages to send you on your way. A nice touch!
