I've been a patient of Dr. Jordan's for 22+ years and I highly recommend him. He's personable, very conscientious and always makes sure that I'm comfortable and pain free. Over the years, I've had cavities filled, teeth whitening, root canals, crowns and bonding on my front teeth. I had chipped the tooth so the bonding needed to be done, but I also had him remove the large gap I had between my front teeth. The result was very natural looking and lasted much longer than expected. He has a great sense of humor and personality. Most of his staff from the hygenist, assistants, billing person, receptionist, etc. have been with him for years as well. Great team!

About Hygienist: Helena is my hygenist and she is great! She's extremely patient and goes the extra mile to make sure I'm comfortable and painfree. I have a really hard time with x-rays and she couldn't be sweeter. She also has a great personality.

This dentist is Michael Jordan! Not the African American athlete , but the Jewish American dentist--and a good one. He explains what he is doing the whole time and is calm and gentle. I was referred by a friend who is terrified of dentists and said Dr Jordan was the only one she woud go to. When I first went, he fixed something another dentist had messed up. But he has never screwed anything up himself -- he has done great work over the years, bridge, crown, fillings root canal... One time he drilled into my tooth and exclaimed "Wow!" and I thought Uh Oh, I don't like it when a doctor says 'Wow!' Then he said "It's a dens in dente!" Which still didn't tell me anything. It means "tooth inside a tooth" (WTF?!)- -anyway, something weird as heck in a front tooth needing a root canal. He told me frankly that he had not dealt with this before in a tooth where it was such a narrow space, and he thought it would be better to send me right to an endodontist experienced in this kind of dens in dente. And I'd MUCH rather a dentist honestly say that than to just experiment on me! The facilities at Chicago Dental Works are fine but not fancy, but I don't want to pay a fortune just to go to a dentist's office that looks like a palace!
