They fixed my son up right, but over-billed me for shotty work, and when I complained they did nothing to fix things.
What's more - this is a dental factory. People will take any kindness and pay for it, so they think this is a good office. And they are nice, but the business is to provide dentistry. My plumber is nice, and he would have done a better job.
About Hygienist: Horrible. Like them all - she talked incessantly. And like most, she did the exam! Is that legal?

A solid general dentistry practice.
My appointments have always started on time or close to it. Cleanings are thorough and done efficiently. She's always checked my teeth following a cleaning, something that I have found isn't commonplace anymore. During my first routine check-up, she even complimented me on my brushing, which was nice.
My only knock on the place is that it seems like a very large practice, to the point where it sort of seems impersonal. She has two offices, and several hygienists at each... and it's sort of a crapshoot in terms of what person you get cleaning your teeth. However, the two hygienists that I've had in Redmond have both been excellent.
Reception staff is efficient and knowledgeable. They got me in and out quickly, and knew my benefit plan. The office itself has a very modern feel to it. Really can't ask for more from this area.
I haven't had any fillings or other major work, so I can't comment in that area. However, I suppose that this shows that she doesn't say that you need work done that you really don't need.
