Seemed nice enough at first, but when I asked a questions he got extremely defensive and sarcastic. Not sure if he was just having a bad day, but there is no excuse for treating a patient the way he treated me today.

I was charged $1000.00 for two crowns, all to have them extracted by a real dentist. A year later

About Front Desk: The front desk was very nice but his assistant was unprofessional, rude, and lacked the patience to preform her duties.I felt like a lab rat and taking advantage of after i left his office. I would not recommend anyone going to them for treatment ever.

I had a cap put on my tooth because it chipped. The "cap" he put on fell off 3 days later. He did a very poor job and when I clean in for my cleaning, he told me I would have to come back again if I wanted to get the cap fixed. His hygentist's do not do a good job during the general cleaning. My last cleaning lasted 10 minutes and then he came in, did a quick check, and left himself. He clearly does not care about patients and unless you have really messed up teeth and he can somehow find a way to make money off of you, he will not give you any attention.

About Hygienist: I would not recommend this dentist to even my worst enemy. All he cares about is how he can rip you off and make the most money off of you. He does not care one bit about the patient's concerns and is very disrespectful and condescending. The last time I went there he literally yelled at me and told me I could go find another dentist if I want. If I could report him to someone, I would. Seriously, please do yourself a favor and do not make him your dentist. You'll regret it.

He is very caring and available. His work is excellent and always call to check on me. I would highly recommend him.

He is very personable and professional. His explanations are informative and he is very skilled.

Not the friendliest dentist. I felt he missed things such as not catching a cavity until needing a root canal. Was not patient explaining procedures. Not very friendly office staff.

Dr. Pattanashetti is great in terms of answering your questions and listening to your concerns. He is professional, smart, and easy-going. He also seems to be on top of his profession and quite up-to-date in terms of new technologies and techniques. The facilities are plush, with TV to watch or music to listen to while you are being treated. His costs are a bit high, however.
