I would read all the reviews and check all sources before choosing any dentist. I can honestly say for myself that this office is a real mess. They reschedule appointments frequently, make mistakes filing insurance, dental mistakes and have a combative rude staff. I had an implant crown installed and it failed within 45 days. I went back and the front desk person told me that they use "temporary cement" and it should be lose. She then insisted it was my fault. I reached out to the Better Business Bureau and they already had multiple complaints. I also contacted the ADA - they were super supportive. They ended up blaming the failure on the 3rd party vendor they used for building crowns. I was so upset after being left without a front tooth for months - I ended up going to a different dentist to have the entire crown replaced at my cost. This was a $2900 mistake - I was told the failure was not the crown rather Dr. Wu did not torque down the crown correctly - she actually didn't own / use the correct equipment to install the implant. This office left me without a front tooth for over 6 weeks plus I ended up having all the work redone. So if this is the quality of care you are looking for - be warned.

I was introduced to Dr. Wu after I saw a coupon in my local Savvy Shopper. The ad stated that Radiant Smiles, the name under which she operates business, is offering free ZOOM Whitening with paid adult cleaning and x-ray. I scheduled a cleaning and x-ray and paid for it. I then inquired about my complimentary whitening and ( Tarnashala?) her dental assistant then explained to me that there where additional items that needed to be ordered to complete my whitening and that she would contact me at that time. The dental assistant then tried to schedule additional follow up procedures which totaled into the thousands. I then explained to her that I did not mind having other procedures but that they would have to honor their coupon. This was on or about April 14th.. it is almost June and I have not heard anything from Dr. Wu or her assistant, even in regards to follow up fillings that were scheduled.. I feel if you are going to put a coupon in Savvy Shopper you should honor it because it causes consumers to question the integrity of publication.. Don't go to Grace Wu or Radiant Smiles...
