Dr. Ignatowicz and his staff are as good as it gets! Every time I visit, I am greeted with a warm welcome by name. They make every effort to ensure that I have the most positive, comfortable experience possible. Our family loves going to Dr. Ignatowicz so much that we travel across town, passing several other dentist offices on our way!

About Front Desk: The front desk staff are all friendly and helpful and always take the time to explain my treatment and payment plans so that I completely understand them.

About Hygienist: The hygienist was great! I felt she was thorough and attentive to my sensitive teeth.

Unfortunately bad teeth run in my family and I have had to make a few visits to Dr. Ignatowicz. Sometimes the treatment was routine and other times I have required extensive treatment (everything from a root canal to a dental implant). I experience a tremendous amount of anxiety when going to the dentist dating back to my childhood. In every instance, Dr. I and his staff worked to make me comfortable before, during and after treatment. He is knowledgeable and works to determine a treatment plan that is cost effective and preserves as much of the tooth as possible. I have had consistent experiences each and every time - no pain and fantastic results. I feel that he provides the treatment that he would do on himself if he were in the same situation. I have never had a dentist care so much about how I feel and how my smile looks after the work is done.

About Front Desk: Great at coordinating with my insurance (which has changed several times over the years). I always receive a reminder phone call prior to my appointment and they are very flexible with scheduling. I am always greeted by name and know the cost of the treatment ahead of time.

About Hygienist: Quick, effective, painless and a clean feel throughout my mouth. I have also received excellent tips for improved oral hygiene. Great personality makes the time fly!

I have been going to Dr. I for 5 years now. He has always been extremely thorough, considerate and kind. I have never left his office with any worries of how my treatment is going to end. He is the only dentist I have ever referred to family members. The office staff always greets with smiles and friendliness.

Dr Ignatowicz is so kind and patient. I have a lot of anxiety about dental work and he really understands and takes the time to make sure that I am comfortable. My son loves him too! He is a great dentist! I recommend him to all of my family and friends. And... all of my referrals have loved him and thanked me for sending them to him :)

After 3 unsuccessful consultations with other dentists, I found Dr Ignatowicz. I had a loose and broken tooth and wanted to replace it with an implant. other dentists wanted to charge me an arm and a leg even with my dual coverage insurance. He is out of my insurance network plan and I paid less out of pocket than I would have anywhere else with insurance. Dr Ignatowicz is friendly, compassionate and knowledgable. Not to mention my implant is flawless. I have two daughters who are 4 and 5 years old and absolutely love this dentists office and everyone in it. One of them even had to have a filling (which could be scary at any age) and she handled it like a champ because he is so gentle and makes you feel so comfortable. I would recommend him a thousand times over!! He is friendly, professional, and great with kids. couldn't be more happy that I will never have to search for a dentist ever again!

About Front Desk: Front desk is friendly and accommodating. Always smiling from the moment you walk in to the minute you leave. Very well organized and efficient.

About Hygienist: 5 stars!! Does great work and is awesome with the kids.

Awesome and friendly Dentist and staff! They explained everything clearly and were very professional and helpful. I would highly recommend them.

Dr Ignatowicz is seems to know his stuff, but sometimes forgets his recommendation from one appointment to the next. During my visits with him he seems very rushed and a filling has taken over 4 visits to correct. The corrective actions and recommendations he has made do not seem appropriate and he has recommended I get a crown when other dentists disagree.

About Front Desk: Front desk is very helpful. The office can be very busy and could delay your cleanings up to 6 months if you need to reschedule. They try to accomidate you with cancellations.

About Hygienist: The hygienists are very friendly and top notch.

I am 62 years old and Dr. Ignatowicz is the very best dentist that I have ever had the pleasure to know and treat me, yes you can actually find it a pleasure to be treated by sure a nice, friendly, caring very excellent dentist that provides such extras to his patients, as comfy large (sanitary covered) pillow, and your have a choice of many good movies to watch on your personal up close screen with comfy noise- canceling earphones, to listen to your movie. All while being cared for by Dr. Ignatowicz and his very friendly, great staff.
