I've seen many dentists in my years, but not one as personal and friendly as Dr. Chen. Her professionalism and care for her patients are far and above any other dentist I have visited. I had to have a root canal and implants for two of my teeth. There was no pain involved. The cost for the treatment was the best of three estimates. The staff are just as professional and friendly as Dr. Chen. I highly recommend this dentist to others.

I had a frenulectomy lingual to correct my speech. I struggled with a lisp for years which really bothered me. Dr. Chen used laser to remove the lingual which is the tissue under your tongue that can restrict the mobility of your tongue. I also had upper frenulectomy done because that was causing my two front teeth to move foward and with time would get worse. These two procedures were performed with laser and I did not need any stitches and the laser surgery took about 30-45 min. She gave me a local anthestetic but I did not feel any pain during the procedure. The post surgery was more of a discomfort but not painful. I took motrin or tylenol and I was fine. Dr. Chen new exactly what I needed she and her staff were very friendly. Dr. Chen interacts with her patients of all levels, sometimes she answers the phone when you call. My insurance is covering the cost of the procedures and Dr. Chen and her staff were able to confirm that the procedure would be covered. Dr. Chen suggested that I have these procedures done prior to my braces, which she recommended Invisalign at very reasonable cost approximately $3500 the lowest so far that I have found. Her happy personality is very comforting more like a friend than a Dentist. =-)
