Dr. Israel is the best dentist I have ever been to. He is thorough, professional, and extremely competent. Dr. Israel is pleasant and kind which makes even a filling or root canal palatable under his skilled care. Even after hours he is available to his patients for emergencies. I feel very lucky to have been his patient, as I believe the quality of care here is exceptional. Appointments happen on time, the receptionist is helpful and pleasant, as are the hygienist and x-ray technician. The exam rooms are clean (some boast views of Central Park) the musical selections are enjoyable, and the magazines are entertaining (although I rarely have opportunity to read them since it is unusual to wait for your appointment.) I can't say enough about Dr. Israel, he and his staff make a trip to the dentist a real pleasure.

Dr. Israel was my dentist for 6 years. He was extremely professional. He has a catalog of CDs that he lets patients choose the type of music to listen to help relax. I've had cavities filled, a tooth pulled (on my request - that I had broken and just couldn't be saved), and cleanings. I have always walked The facilities are clean. The office staff are friendly and give reminder phone calls. And he always works with you and insurance companies in order to get the most monetary coverage by the insurance companies and less out-of-pocket expenses for the patient.
