My family has been patients of Dr Malz for 2 years since we moved here. We asked around our neighborhood and was recommended to McKee Dental. I was very happy with the office and cleanings. We did see 3 different hygienist, but they were all pleasant and thorough. Dr Malz was great with the kids during the cleaning, but the filling was a different story. She did not use novacaine to numb my daughter's tooth, so it quickly became uncomfortable for my daughter. Dr Malz quickly finished her filling and things seemed fine till 6 months later when the tooth had formed a bubble on the gum. I then had to take my daughter to the oral surgeon to have the tooth extracted. The oral surgeon said he felt possibly all the cavity had not been removed and the tooth had infected itself. After later talking to the mom's in my neighborhood, I found 2 of them had the same experience. Dr Malz is a nice dentist, but maybe the quality of her dentistry is not up to par. Unfortunately my daugher and friends found out the hard way.
