Absolutely wonderful with children. Wouldn't go anywhere else. I saw on previous review about owing $90.00. Being a physician myself I know Dr. B wouldn't refuse service over $90.00 unless it was an outstanding balance that has never been paid. He does probono cases and takes Medicaid. I don't think $90.00 is going to break him. Has to be more to the story.

The service is acceptable, but we were denied service due to a $90 bill we owed. I understand a couple hundred dollars, but $90? Ridiculous. How about charging us the $90 before she goes in? Go somewhere else for good CS.

Perfect, this guy knows how to treat kids. I was so worried about my 5 yo girl and 4 fillings later she still loves Dr B. We are from Edmond with 5 other pediatric dentists. This is well worth the drive.

I posted the complaint about problems getting an appointment from this office. I do want to follow up and say that Dr. Brackett did call me (I had left a message for him) & I expessed my complaint to him. I must say he was very kind and concerned. He offered to see my child if I still wanted to and explained that he was not aware his staff was asking questions the way they were & said he would talk to them. He said he is extremely busy & that he is really only taking referrals or siblings of children he already sees. I did appreciate him taking the time to call and it did change my impression of him to some degree.

When you call to try to make an appointment, (& my child was a new patient) they will first ask you what kind of insurance you have?. Apparently they make more on certain insurances or something so then they make up an excuse for why, after finding out your insurance, they can't take a new patient. I have tried for 2 years to get my child in to see him because he is the only pediatric dentist in town. Each time, same thing. Today it was who is your insurance with followed with, oh, he is only seeing children 5 and under right now...we have good insurance so I don't get the problem but they offer very poor service before you ever get your child there so now I am fine with not going to him. I was given the excuse that school was starting soon and he was swamped or he is 6 weeks out so call back. I called back 2 months later, still same first question, who is your insurance with and then no we aren't. I understand if you are not taking new patients. I don't understand why, apparently, depending on who my insurance it, you might be taking new patients. I left a message for Dr. Brackett himself to call me back and of course I didn't hear from him!!

Dr. Brackett is great! My daughter is a cancer patient and also blind. I have taken her to 3 different dental offices in the area and this is the only one that met my childs needs. He is awesome with special needs children. If you have a child with special needs....this is the place to go for dental treatment! They are open to allowing parents back during treatment if necessary. Also, they take the time to explain things to the child and the parent very well. I highly reccomend this office!

Dr. Brackett was the most thorough pediatric dentist I have met! He made my daughter feel extremely comfortable and his dental work is excellent! His staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I can only say GREAT things about Dr Brackett and his team! i highly recommend him!! He graduated top in his class and you will see why. I wouldnt trust anyone else to treat my daughter's mouth!
