The doctor takes far more patients that he can actually handle - the techs do all the work and he just does a quick check. It is impossible to get any appointment (much less late afternoon or evenings) - in fact several times it has taken over 4 weeks to be able to get the monthly tightening needed for the braces. There are so many excellent other doctors in the area that are far more available. We do NOT recommend him..
About Front Desk: The doctor is so overbooked that the front staff have no ability to properly schedule the patients.

Dr. Izadi is extremely thorough, an expert in his craft. It's obvious that he is passionate about his work. He made me feel like I was his only patient. I decided to have braces as an adult and as a professional having braces was a challenge. Dr. Izadi made the journey so much easier. I am very happy with the end result and have recommended his practice to my friends and colleagues.

I would not recommend him to anyone. He is not willing to explore any other treatment options with you, it's his way or no way. I also learned after going to another consultation that he is very expensive and he has a lot of "hidden fees" that other offices do not charge for.

I met Dr. Izadi through my general dentist about two years ago. The general dentist told me that he is the best in the Baltimore area, and I can tell you from the experience that the dentist was so right, and certainly his care is outstanding! I had braces in middle school, and I did not wear my retainers so all of my teeth had shifted around. Dr. Izadi said that I was able to get an Invisalign treatment, and took the time to explain the things in depth. He generally explains things so well, and covers all areas so nicely. After 16 months of wearing the clear trays, my teeth looked great and even better than the first round. He then placed cemented wires on the inside of my teeth so that they wouldn't shift anymore. Now it has been a year, and my teeth still look beautiful and are in the same exact spots as when he finished me. I am so grateful for having a caring dentist to refer me to such a superior orthodontist with such a great staff. His cost was very reasonable, and I recommend him to everyone that I know. My 8-year old son also is his patient now, and loves it there.

I have been taking my daughter to Dr. Izadi for her orthodontic treament over the past twenty seven months, and she just got her braces off . While I am a health care professional, and have dealt with many professionals in my adult life, I have yet to see someone as sincere, caring, and knowledgable with such a friendly attitude. He does a unique job, and has helped my daughter to show her smile confidently now, and yes without covering her mouth anymore! He helped my daughter's lower jaw to grow forward, which stopped the kids from making fun of her almost in matter of just a couple of months. The office is very clean and spotless, and his staff are as kind and thorough as he is. We have many friends in her school that take their children to him, and have nothing but nice things to say about him as well. Fantastic results in a great office is something that you cannot ask for more! We highly recommend this office.
