A few years ago, I was looking for a new dentist. My previous dentists had ranged in all-around service from lacking...to good. However, I wanted "great"--which is exactly what I found with Dr. Susan Estep.
Dr. Estep, her hygienists, and her front office staff have all exceeded of my expectations in so many critical areas of healthcare with a new comfortable office, a patient-first approach, competitive pricing, caring chair side manners, professional interactions and their advanced techniques, instruments and procedures...all with a personal touch that makes you feel like you're the most important patient they serve every time you visit.

Susan is a caring and warm person who is constantly seeking to maintain and improve her knowledge, skills, certifications and participation in her industry. Susan's work is about the ability to be of service and make a difference in the quality of her patients lives and overall health. I have and will continue to refer her to my friends, family and clients.
About Hygienist: I have always enjoyed my interactions with the hygienists in the office and felt comfortable and taken care of.

Dr. Estep (almost...) makes going to the dentist a trip to look forward to. The staff is always both cheery and competent. The location is a bit of a drive for me from the north end of Woodstock, but I wouldn't even consider changing dentists.
About Front Desk: I happen to know Maria quite well, and if I were in that line of business she is for sure who I'd want as practice director.
About Hygienist: My last hygiene appointment was flawless.
