I came in thru a referral, it was a basic cleaning and was told that my Guardian insurance will cover it and there will be no out of pocket charge. I have my teeth clean with and intern. She did a poor job. They recommended me to come back for a deep cleaning and I also made an appointment for a filling and 2 cavities. I have to cancel my appointment later due to a dispute with Guardian and I told them I will call back to reschedule once everything is straighten out. A few days later, I received a bill for $58 for the basic filling I had. I called in to dispute, telling them I had a basic cleaning done that was covered under my insurance and I canceled the deep cleaning and the filling until I resolved the issue with my insurance. The same receptionist that schedule my previous appointment check the calendar and told me that they did a basic cleaning and a deep cleaning on my first visit. The service done was a total of 45 minutes including X-rays. I cannot argue, I'm not a professional, but I know I was robbed. WILL NOT GO BACK EVER.....
About Front Desk: Appear to be nice, friendly, and professional, but when I disputed my charges, she was no help. Unwillling to check with other staff to confirm services but instead just reading off some note.

She and her staff have been excellent, helpful in all ways. The dental work performed has always been great.
