She rushed through the whole procedure. And she seemed annoyed that I needed her to make the fillings smooth (they felt like jagged rocks.) I had fillings done before and they never felt so rough afterwards. Every dentist I'd ever been to would patiently wait for me to approve the bite, but not her. She kept insisting that the bite was not too high, and it was just the anesthesia. She never polished the fillings either. That took a 2nd visit and she seemed annoyed to have to do it. I wish I liked her more because a coworker recommended her but I found her too brusque and not very patient. She always seemed in a rush and did everything as quickly as possible. I just don't like her chairside manners. She wanted to replace 2 of my crowns but now I don't want to go back.

About Hygienist: The hygienist was good. Very patient and thorough. And she recommended using a Sonicare toothbrush which I did purchase. And she showed me how to floss properly.

DR Gedz is amazing dentist,she is always very accommodating,and make sure she take care any problems i ever had.She is very caring and make sure i have a painless experience .I am very very scared in the dental chair with her i never have to worry about anything .Her injections is absolutely amazing you can not feel a needle at all.I would never go to anybody els for my dental care except her

This doctor is part of practice that is dedicated to making money. They are constantly trying to talk you into new procedures that are costly and unnecessary. The doctor has a terrible bedside manner. She is very brusque and claims to be the best but did not show it. She is very rough. I have been seeing a dentist regularly for decades and this was the worst experiences ever.

About Front Desk: Worse in the world! The staff must be directed to only try to sell you new services. They will not discuss insurance coverage and tell you some story about how you are getting the best and that their prices are already discounted (not). You will be called and sent mailers advising you of new services you should have.

I am sure Dr. Gedz is talented, and very qualified for her role. However, my experiences were not pleasant. I was a student at the time, so I had public health insurance at the time I visited this office. (I do not know if this affected their treatment/ attitude towards me), but I was 1) Not happy with the staff. They were not professional, they were extremely unfriendly (especially one of the phone secretaries. 2) The office is not that clean. I was upset when I saw various bits of previous' patients' mouthwaste in the dishes that were then used for me (again, I do not know if this had anything to do with age, race, or income discrimination at the time). 3) Dr. Gedz. I tried to give her many chances. She may be very friendly with other patients, I don't know. However, she has been very rude, and impatient with me. If I dared to ask 1 too many questions beyond what she expected, she would become upset. Patients are Doctors' #1 priority, they are supposed to be one of the main reasons they even choose the profession! Even after major procedures (and I've had a few here) I did not really receive quality concern or follow-up care. I really did not feel cared for by Dr. Gedz. I hope this is not the case for others.

About Hygienist: Most of the hygienists did their job, albeit not gently. Most of my cleanings were performed roughly and quickly, and more than once I was left with bleeding gums.

Dr Gedz did one of my crowns. She did the worst job of any dentist I have ever gone to. The crown fell off after 1-2 weeks and it hurt all the time before finally detaching itself from the tooth. I went back to the doctor and she rushed me to her office and stuck the tooth back on without cleaning the area around it and without giving me any explanation as to why the crown had fallen off. I had had 4 crowns done by other dentists (all in Boston) before I saw dr Gedz, and had had a perfect experience with all of those. I was pretty familiar with the procedure and did not expect to have such a bad experience with Dr Gedz. She always have me the impression that she had no time for me, so even when I was telling her my gums hurt she completely ignored me. I will never see her again for any of my dental problems.

DR Liana Gedz is a wonderful dentist she does excellent work is very kind and compassionate.person. She made me dentures also bonding and whitening. I couldn't be more satfied. I would recommrnd her highly.

Dr. Gedz did a terrible job on the crown on one of my back teeth. Not only was she skipping some of the required procedures (I know so b/c have had 4 other crowns done by an excellent dentist at Harvard Dental School), but she was constantly reassuring me that everything would be fine in the end. Well, the end product was a complete disaster. My crown didn't fit well, didn't stick to the tooth and fell off in my sleep (I know, dangerous!) 1 week later. When I went back to tell her that I had been right all along and that it is not normal for a new crown to fall off after 1 week, she dismissed everything yet again and said we can try to "stick it back in". Call me crazy, but I definitely DO NOT want a dentist who behaves like this. This just proves how disrespectful her behavior is with regards to patients' time and health.

This is the worst dentist I've ever been to! She doesn't even say hello, is very cold and harsh. She rushed though my filling in less than 5 minutes, did a poor job "trying" to smooth it out, didn't check in with me to ask how it feels. And then I found out later, her rush job was incomplete - it still hurt. A very basic filling and she didn't get all of it. She clearly doesn't like her job, acts like she doesn't care. What a shame to the health field. I feel sorry for her and at the same time outraged.
