I had a very painful toothache. He responded on a weekend with antibiotics, but I decided in 2 -3 days the antibiotic wasn't going to work, so he sent a RX for another. That was effective. I had consultation for the infected molar with root canal. He explained how that happens, and the options for treatment. I chose to wait for another episode. We haven't pulled it yet, but that is scheduled.

About Hygienist: Shawn is the best, and I have experienced 6 different hygienists cleanings.

Dr. Franz is an excellent general practitioner dentist. He believes in working with his patients to provide them with the best of care. He has a small, dedicated staff that is professional and friendly to all patients. His front desk receptionist always greets you by name, and is helpful with scheduling and billing questions. Dr. Franz has a great chair-side manner and always makes sure that you are comfortable before continuing with any procedure. He takes the time to discuss any questions you have, and will not rush you into making hasty decisions regarding your teeth. I have been very satisfied with all of the work he has done on my teeth (multiple fillings, 2 crowns, and pulling 2 hyperextended upper wisdom teeth).
