The office staff is very welcoming. Everybody is great there. My daughter needs a lot of work done on her baby teeth, he explained everything very well and stayed long enough to answer any questions. He didn't seem to be in so much rush. The wait time isn't long at all. I haven't gotten the treatment done yet so can't really rate the treatment success or pain levels but otherwise overall was great experiance.
