Had areas with deep pockets, but all needed deep cleaning. was able to do multiple procedures in one office visit

The staff were wonderful and the office was amazingly clean and pretty with a hilarious streaming video on teeth, including comedy by Bill Cosby. When I caled initially there was concern for my problem and the employee called me back to make sure I was alright and had found some help. The Dr. was very very thorough in his explanations, seemed very natural and relaxed and humorous. There was no cost for the xray of the tooth AND photos AND exam even though I told them in advance I was only looking for prices. I later chose a dentist that quoted an exact price BEFORE the extraction, rather than afterwards, even though the quote was slightly different than Dr. Metz's low quote, I just couldn't face paying 275 in the event a small piece of the root was left behind. The other dentist DID have to drill and remove one root that stayed behind, but it only took him about ten seconds. I regretted seeing the other dentist as they were the polar opposite of Dr. Metz' office.

About Hygienist: Very, very clean offices, put gloves on in front of me, wore a mask, sunglasses were clean, light was clean, etc. I was offered a bottled of water. Very nice people there.

I had my entire top teeth crowned due to very old dental work. I thought it was very expensive but you have to consider it was my entire top teeth. Dr. Metz is extrememely caring, compassionate and concerned that I was 100% satisfied with his work. I think he did brilliant work and my teeth are now white (compared to my old yellow) and he made them just a tad shorter because I mentioned that I didn't like my large front teeth. I would definitely recommend Dr. Metz he is very talented in cosmetic dentistry and also general dentistry.

Dr. Metz has done fillings for me, crowns and even a crown on my implant. He has been a very caring dentist as I went through a lot of issues with my teeth. He was patient, gentle and reassuring as he fixed my teeth. I always felt that he had my best interest in mind as we made some decisions on what to do. I would highly recommend him.

About Hygienist: Crystal has been very good. She is gentle but through in cleaning my teeth and working on my gums. Her confidence helps me to relax and let her do her job. She is friendly and makes me feel comfortable. Her and Dr. Metz are a good team.

Everyone in the office is very personable. Dr. Metz himself, is not only personable but also knowledgable, patient, and very nice to work with!
