The Doctor is not at all to blame, but the office staff and how they deal with your insurance is a night mare. Every time I went there I had to call my insurance to get them to talk them to the office. In addition I would still get a bill that I did not owe and I would have to spend several phone calls to make them understand that I had insurance. Finally this year I am in search of another dentist/ Oral Surgeon in the Alpharetta area.
