Had a great experience! I’m really afraid to go to the dentist but everyone at the office made me feel comfortable. I had a few filling done, didn’t even feel the needle.
The hygienist (Christina) did my cleaning. She’s amazing, gentle and thorough. Now my teeth look great and I can smile with confidence.

DDS Marianna Zadov is very dishonest person. First, she has a friendly chat with you, then, she makes up a story about some additional optional little charge for an “additional” service, that is normally is free and it is included into the procedure, then she puts a fake claim of the highest possible charge that is covered by your insurance. Her team is so talented that they even manage to get the funds that my previous dentist expected to get for her service. When her team is asked a question, they are in state of denial. They claim that certain service was done, I forgot about it and I have signed their document about it. This is no win situation for an ordinary customer. They are some very professional scammers.
Since my insurance fund is taken away, now I am obligated to pay my previous dentist for the previous job that she made. On top of it, since my future funds are taken away by DDS Zadov, I have to wait for the next cycle that is covered by my insurance.
Stay away from them.

wait time is ridiculous although the are clean they are very disorganized made me wait 2 hours both times with a scheduled appointment . One Indian woman just came in swabbed my mouth did not tell what it was and walked out the room saying she was coming back and her came . Never going back

I had to have 1 tooth extracted and Dr. Altrui broke the tooth next to it, which also had to be extracted. Necessary tools for the procedure were no where to be found timely. It took over an hour.
Dr. Zadov made a follow-up appointment, which was confirmed the day before; however, when a went to the office, she was on vacation for the week.
Totally unprofessional and disorganized. Would not recommend.

Worst dentist I have ever met. She is trying to over charge for services I didn't need. Total waste of my time, avoid this socalled doctor.
About Front Desk: Liars and thiefs, chearged my insurance forservices not preformed. Fraud reported and complaint via medical bar.
