My wife and I are both patients of Dr Field, I initially brought my wife to see Dr Hartley for cosmetic dentistry. I was very impressed at the reception and treatment we got from the staff and even more impressed at the work that Dr Hartley did on her teeth. My wife then was introduced to Dr Field for further dental work which was done in a professional and relaxing way with superb results. Having seen all this, I myself decided this is the dentist for me. Dr Field treated two of my teeth, one of which other dentists wanted to remove. Now those two teeth are healthy with crowns fitted and look real good. The treatment I received was awesome, the equipment and materials are state of the art, both Dr Field and Dr Hartley have great skills with a great staff, what more can you ask from a dental practice? Without hesitation, I highly recommend them.

I wish I had found out about Dr. Field earlier, but I am glad I found him now!! My daughter first went to Dr. Field for a routine cleaning/checkup and he found a cavity that was there that another dr. had missed. That same dr. who missed the cavity in my daughter, had put a gold crown on one of my teeth--to put a gold crown on they grind away part of your original tooth and it is a big piece of gold in your mouth. When I went to Dr. Field, I was educated about newer technology--it is a partial crown out of porcelin (white like your teeth) and does not require grinding away part of your original tooth--keeps as much integrity of the tooth as possible. This is done utilizing computer CAD/CAM technology where they draw a picture of the space where the filling has been removed and a little robot carves (out of a porcelin block) an exact piece to go in where the filling was. This is the newest technology--I do not know why you would go any other route. As to expense, teeth cleanings are about the same, partial crowns are more expensive--maybe 2-3 times as much as the old gold crowns, but you only get one set of teeth--worth it to invest in yourself!! My entire family and friends now see Dr. Field.

Amazing service and office. The office is like walking into a spa with its ambiance and attentive service. I tried several dentists before finding Dr. Field. It is the first dentist I've had that I feel truly cares about his patients. He is honest and always takes the time to do excellent work.
The office has the latest technology and equipment. I've had 3 partial crowns done. Other dentists wanted to do a full crown, but because of their technology (that others didn't have) I was able to preserve more of the tooth. Plus, the procedure was done in one visit. Having kids, this was particularly convenient because I didn't have to come back several times for one procedure.
I've recommended Dr. Field to many friends and family and they have all loved him. Thank you Dr. Field!

Dr. Field is by far one of the best dentists I've ever been to. He's done my regular check-ups, fillings/overlays/crowns and most recently I completed Invisalign treatment with him. He's great to talk to, takes great care to make sure you are as comfortable as possible, answers all your questions and generally makes dental work pleasurable (and that's a feat)!
I've been going to the Peninsula Center for Cosmetic Dentistry for over 10 years now. Everyone here is friendly, professional and helpful. It's so great having such a high-quality dentist office that handles routine procedures as well as cosmetic treatments in my backyard.

I had a Maryland bridge and bonding done to fix my front teeth. and zoom whitening. After years of not being able to smile and show my teeth and fear of going to the dentist I found Dr Field I immediately felt comfortable and talked me through what he thought would be the best treatment for me.. I could not be happier, now I cannot stop smiling. There was no pain everyone was so kind and caring. I actually look forward to going. I really liked the spa feeling and atmosphere, very different to any other dentists I have been to. I would highly recommend Dr Feild and his team to anyone, I already have!

I have been a patient of Dr. Hartley for around 25 years, commuting from San Jose. I have been a dental patient of Dr. Fields since he joined the Peninsula Center. I have always had the very best care that I can imagine with every challenge that my teeth had to offer. I just had an implant performed by Dr. Fields. How he pulled my infected tooth without pain or blood is beyond me. Especially, since the root was cracked open. For the next seven months, I was given great step by step care, until I received my new implant. This first time process for me was easy and painless. I recommend Peninsula Center beyond five stars.

My experience with Dr Fields was excellent! Anesthesia was perfect; there was minimal pain. It was all done from start to finish in 1+1/2 hours. Dr Fields is always informative so you know what the procedure involves. His staff as usual is wonderful.
Cannot be more highly recommended.

The world needs more Dentists like Dr. Field! His practice is second to none! My inplant was a matter of worry to me. Dr. Field was very responsive to my Dental fears, especially needles!! He was far superior to any Dentist that I've ever been to. I highly recomend him! Great job Dr. Joe!!!!!

Dr. Field recently replaced my amalgam filling with a ceramic onlay. He is competent, skillful, kind, and knowledgeable. In short, he is the best dentist I have been to in my 61 years. He took the time to listen and spent time going over the state of my teeth and the various treatment options. The facility is lovely, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The procedure itself was pretty much pain free and even enjoyable. I recommend him without reservation. I only wish that I lived near enough to have him as my regular dentist.

My wife and I went through a few dentists in the Bay area before we came across Dr.Field. He is a great dentist! Professional attitude and modern equipment. Every time I visit Dr.Field I get impressed by the honest and high-quality service. The friendly staff and spa-like experience make my visits very enjoyable. I had a few fillings replaced and Dr. Field did an excellent job. I would very highly recommend his services.
