Dr. Hurt and his staff were very cool from the start. When I showed up on the day of my appointment I signed in on a computer and was told to have a seat in the waiting area before entering an exam room with one of the assistants. I was greeted and taken to the exam room for x-rays and was really happy with the assistant who explained what she was doing and why it was necessary. After x-rays I was told to wait in the waiting room once more before I was directed to the patient coordinators office. Then, Dr. Hurt and Wendy the patient coordinator came in and introduced themselves and I really liked their upbeat attitudes. Dr. Hurt then did an oral exam and Wendy was entering everything into the computer. In the end I was supplied with the costs, what my treatment options were, how long I would require orthodontics, etc. I was really impressed with him and his office staff as they were very friendly and I expect to be visiting him in a few months to begin tratment.
