I had an implant placed thinking that I was saving money with the promotional advertise price. I learned that you get what you pay for. Never was comfortable from the start. The implant was placed and apparently it failed. I wanted my money back to go elsewhere, but the office staff told me 'these things happen.' They offered to do it over again, but I might have to pay additional if I needed some additional work. I just wanted out of the office and to this day I never received my money back.

I would NOT recommend this dental office. The doctor had a hard time getting me numb. It was so painful but I just wanted to get the procedure done. Afterwards his staff seemed more focused on collecting my money rather than feeling sympathetic about how I was feeling.
About Front Desk: Very unresponsive and 'cold shoulder' staff. they are very good at trying to get my money and having me to try and set up a return visit. seems like they spent more time on their phones that paying attention to the patients.

About Hygienist: saw the hygienist prior to my filling appointment and felt she did a fair job. I did not feel that my teeth were that clean afterwards because I saw a lot of staining after she was done. she just told me it was the best she could do.
