Dr drower placed a crown for me. It took 6 visits to complete when it was supposed to only take 2. I have to small children that needed a babysitter every visit. When I asked for a deduction from by bill due to the excessive amount of visits, he gave me a less then 5% discount. He was rude, and blamed my teeth for his inablilty to fit the crown or have the coloring match my teeth. When I asked for my dental x-rays so i could go to a new dentist he refused to give them to me because I still owe him $60.00 of the $1300.00 bill for the crown. The x-rays have been paid for and were taken at my "new patient visit", not part of the crown procedure.
