I am a bad dental patient, I"ll admit. Dr. Polite-Clark is the best dentist I've ever visited, bar none. I wish I'd found her a long time ago. She is genuinely interested in you as a person and your dental health. I first visited her on the recommendation of my wife after not having been to the dentist in over 6 years. Needless to say, I needed a lot of work but she and her staff took good care of me. I have a crown now, some refillings but my teeth are in great shape. I go back regularly for routine visits and they always treat me great. The staff is wonderful!

My overall experience has been uneven. I first visited when a front tooth broke days before my fourth child was born. The staff has always been friendly and worked with me financially. My confidence in their diagnostic & treatment ability isn't what I'd like, however. The crown for my front tooth had to be sent back when the color didn't match. I've had trouble with swelling & some foul taste with that crown off & on ever since. I noticed lines on my other front tooth before they did. After a later visit, I had a surface filling on a back tooth pop off, and had problems with pain management when they had to redo it. My 10-year-old daughter had a filling done there, and also had problems with pain management. I'm seriously considering switching dentists because I'm losing confidence in them.
