Not too good to be true,I'm living it!! Stunning results ,expert treatment,TOTAL START to FINISH accomodation and 16 thousand bucks LESS than the best price I found from 3 other consults. Not just price but experience and number of successes influenced my choice. They took phoenominal care of me as an out of towner.I was treated like royalty by this office. Way above and beyond expectations. Did I forget to mention,NO PAIN!!,very little discomfort,no meds needed on day 2 ! Surgery day was 11-29-2022.Soft foods for a few, now I can eat ANYTHING with ease, corn on cob.apples, steak, nuts, fresh crunchy veggies WOW !! I can eat right for the first time in 20 years.I have lost 90 lbs due to restored dental health.Win Win! THANK YOU Dr.Joel David and the ENTIRE D5 team. You have changed my life!!!

went for a crown to replace a front tooth veneer ,, first off put on hold , had to leave message to call back for apt. PHONE service awful,no bib , got temp. crown products and filings all over my shirt, asst, said he could not find a bib or clasp!! Gave them veneer to match color of other front tooth, they lost it and I had to return for a color match,, when I asked what happened to it they said they could not answer that and gave me the number to their lab for ME to call and find out!!! went back for crown ,, guess what ,,, WRONG SHADE, had to wait on lab to correct it, then his comment was can I go home now,,, very unprofessional, now the crown does not fit , my bite is off , crown is longer than the other front tooth, because I could not eat for an hour, did not realize how difficult it is to eat ,keep hitting back of crown when I bite , very sensitive to cold drinks, also over priced , It is too bad , but I need to have it fixed and I do NOT trust them to make it right . DO NOT USE THIS DENTAL OFFICE . Dr. PHILLIPS was my dentist very unprofessional

About Front Desk: standing at desk to sign in and receptionist was arguing with another client telling them they were wrong

I went to them for a free consultation for venners, which is purely cosmetic. Then ran me through a production line of various stations and at each one they told me that the next person would answer my questions. That never happened. They gave me a written estimate stating that the consultation would be free, including Xrays. Then they billed my insurance for the Xrays. I have been calling them for 4 months to get the charge reversed but it's one excuse or broken promise after another. When my regular dentist asked for a copy of the Xrays for my yearly exam they were told no. When I tried to pick them up they wanted me to pay a fee. When my insurance company challenged them they were told the service was performed and the charge was valid. I'm glad I did not have any actual work done. Stay away from them!!!!

It is hard to believe that David & Associates has a 5 star rating…but it is their website. I arrived at David & Associates at 2:45 for my 3:00 first time consultation. The office is small and confined, located in a strip mall storefront. It is dingy with old and dirty carpeting. The décor resembles a nick knack thrift store. I was ushered to the dental chair where I sat for about 25 minutes waiting for the dentist. He came in, said his name so fast that I did not understand it. He looked at the x-rays, looked in my mouth and mumbled that something was going on with 2 other teeth besides the one I came in for, then left. This evaluation took less than a minute. After another 25 minute wait I was taken to a “treatment specialist” who looked like a high school homecoming queen dressed like she was going to a night club. This “treatment specialist” produced a proposed bill totaling over $17000 for the implant procedure. This is the price they came up with after a 1 minute evaluation. Nothing about the implant procedure was explained. The only thing that was marginally explained was financing and insurance coverage. I doubt if the treatment specialist knew anything about dental implants. It was clear that David & Associates foster this patient assembly line concept to maximize revenue and consequently treat patients as cash cows.

If you want shoddy unfinished dental work...then this is definitely your place. I received a root canal which was fine but when the permanent tooth got stuck, instead of them removing it by cutting it out and just remaking the tooth, I was sent home to see it tooth would loosen on its own after they tugged and pulled on it several times. Finally my third appointment they finally decided to just cut the tooth out only to find the root was now broken. They also wanted me to believe they it was broken before the root canal and not the constant tugging and pulling that happened during the 3 follow up appointments to attempt to removed the tooth. Which I'm certain after all the X-rays taken before and during procedure that would have been noticed. After that happened I was ushered into a finance office to tell me how much it would cost for an implant. Now I'm left with a loose tooth that's not cemented. So you don't even finish the initial job, caused damage, and want me to pay more money to fix your botched work GTFOH!

Dr. David's dental implant process is very ineffective and wastes the patients time. They've rescheduled appointments a few times and his team is typically not prepared when the patient arrives for their appointment. There poorly organized and they do not fulfill the promises that they make.

My Experience: Dental Implants

Duration: It's been about a year...and we're not done yet!!!

I know this doctor: We've been working with Dr. David's team for about a year....and we're still not done.
