I went to Dr. Rosenberg after being referred to him by a celebrated dentist. He removed 2 teeth that should never have come out. I now have permanent nerve damage and had to endure at least 7 surgeries due to infections and bone shards. His office is now closed but I feel justified in warning others to stay away from him as he is practicing elsewhere rumor has it.

About Front Desk: Before they closed down, he and his staff were money-hungry and only interested in charging the highest prices for work done there. Never did anyone call following my painful and unnecessary surgery that has cost me into the double digits to repair because I have had to visit numerous nerve specialists, etc.-- and this is not counting implants and crowns I need to get.

Dr. Rosenberg is an excellent oral surgeon. But his office and billing practices are a nightmare. They charge you more than the in-network allowances for the procedures and then refuse to refund you the extra money, which is probably why they require you to pay when you receive treatment. They spent SIX months saying they had submitted info to the insurance company, and never did, and just blamed the company (Metlife; never had a problem before with their receiving bills from dentists.) Could not get the pre-treatment estimate right. And when they finally got a check from the insurance company, because they stated on the form that the DENTIST should receive the payment, they told me for two further months that they had not received it. Metlife traced the check; the office HAD received it, deposited it, and then they told me they had credited it to someone else's account! This, mind you, was for procedures (expensive) that I had already paid for, on the spot, which, as I pointed out in the first part of my review, they overcharged for me for and refused to refund my money, even though Metlife said that they were not allowed to do this. Very disappointing. I spent hours on this. Stay away!

I went to Dr. Rosenberg to have my wisdom teeth extracted. I was terrified and even cried when he showed me the x-ray of my infected impacted wisdom tooth. His assistant couldn't have been any nicer. Rosenberg himself was very friendly and quick. I fell asleep in the chair and the next thing I knew I was laying down in another room wrapped in a blanket. I couldn't believe the procedure was over and I actually asked to see my teeth for proof! A couple days after the procedure the stitches got caught in between my molars causing a throbbing pain. Rosenberg squeezed me in the day I called and removed them for me in just a couple of minutes. A few weeks later my boyfriend coincidentally had to get his wisdom teeth out as well and saw another doctor in the same practice as Rosenberg. I would highly recommend going to see Rosenberg or one of the other two in his practice.

I’m a recent college grad who needed my wisdom teeth tooth removed. From the first phone call I knew this was the place for me. Dr. Rosenberg and his staff are amazing, extremely professional and comforting at the same time. I didn’t need any pain medication and I was back to work on Monday and was back to work Monday. I am now sending my sister to their office.

I was referred to Dr. Rosenberg when I thought I had oral cancer, and was so stressed I could not even think that I should get to a doctor. Dr. Rosenberg took an X-ray, and he was apparently satisfied that there was no growth in my mouth. He told me I had gingivitis. I then went to my physician who explained that "if it is not cancer, it's gingivitis." She then treated me for the gingivitis. Dr. Rosenberg is kind, based on what he did not do, he did not do a biopsy on someone whose mouth was already irritated from the gingivitis.

I was referred to Dr. Rosenberg by my regular dentist. He was extremely friendly and efficient. The office staff was also fantastic and the office itself was beautiful. I would definitely recommend him to others.

Dr. Rosenberg has a friendly yet professional manner, he explained everything, was painless, gentle in giving novocaine, and fast at removing my childrens wisdom teeth. He relates well to children, and adults. Great guy. He certainly likes his Music!
