A dentist is a real person with real feelings. That is what Dr. Capraro is all about. I want to Thank you for the wonderful work you did for my teeth. Kindness in the world today is rare, however, you have gone out of your way to show me kindness, generosity and sincere care. You took the time out of your schedule to help me, and made each visit comfortable for me. Your staff were friendly and professional with me, and I thank them as well. As I could not pay full price for my dental needs, you have treated me like I were paying in good gold. I truly appreciate all that you did for me and I would highly recommend Dr. Capraro as a fine dentist. I once had a hard time smiling, but thanks to you I can smile again.......Thank you kindly, C. Run! This dentist is simply put, BAD! He is not honest and does not complete the work in a timely manner. He tells patients that based on your insurance, he can only work on your mouth for 10-15 minutes. Then, he will leave incomplete work in your mouth, including cavities, until he is ready to repair them. In fact, you are lucky if he does complete the work in your mouth at all. He milks the visits so you have to keep coming back in short spurts. His receptionist sister and other office workers are rude. Mistakes are difficult to clear up because his sister has a hard time fully understanding difficult situations. The other receptionist is extremely impersonal. Be careful about paying cash for co pays, they tend to forget. Hidden in the middle of a residential community is a mask for his incompetence . If you care about your teeth, run as fast as you can from this guy.

I definetely HAVE recomended this Dr. to my family and friends. We think his treatments are friendly and knowlegable. He explains everything and shows you on the computer your x-rays, etc.

his mother- in -law referred me...he is incapable of making proper fitting dentures.. the upper and lower dentures look ridiculous and he had to force them into my mouth..they simply are too large for my mouth..i cried in his chair,,, he showed no compassion....i have lost over 10 lbs. i weight 108 lbs. and have a chronic lung condition that he exacerbated...i cannot chew food and have to swallow whole pieces when i can eat..this makes my copd worse..he tried to fix dentures but after 2-3 months,,they are too large for my mouth and i kept tellin him this..his stafff is a nightmare...they kept calling me an entirely different name..so i question if he had the right chart... he had no patience for me and showed it.
he has made me depressed, cause i liked his mother in law and grandmother and aunt.. i always treated them with respect when they came where i worked..now he's writing to me again with someone's else's name, not mine...how ridiculous...his payments receipts are bad, again wrong name, 5 times. and his name nowhere to be found..then he gives me a receipt with just his address on it, no name at all,,Give me a break.. he never even examined my mouth,i had to ask
About Hygienist: one of his staff told me to come in for cleanings, to take better care of my teeth..hello? , i have no teeth, upper or lower, so what would they clean..??? for 2-3 months, they couldn't get my name right why???
