I'd give them less than 1 star if possible. 3 years ago I went to them. While I was in the chair for a cavity filling the dentist informed me that I would need a root canel (WAS NOT TOLD AHEAD OF TIME). Got the root canal, it was hell. Got another filling in the adjacent tooth, and once again WHILE IN THE CHAIR the dentist told me I'd need a root canal. Of course I refused. A year later I was at a different dentist, who told me the cavity was not deep and he didn't know why they would tell me to get a root canal. Three years later the tooth is fine. This place is the devil. Stay away, unless you want your teeth stolen for their financial gain. I'd recommend Western NY Dental.

review of gentle denstitry WARNING: STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. My husband had been going to this office for about two years. Before his first appointment he had not been to the dentist in some time...however after going they told him there were many things wrong with his teeth and gums (totally understandable). He was told to do everything from using prescription mouthwash, to getting cavities filled. They also wanted him coming back every THREE MONTHS (co-pay after co-pay, charge after charge). More recently they told him his mouth was looking much better UNTIL his last appointment. The dentist was "concerned" with the amount of bleeding during his exam and told my husband they had narrowed down the cause..."LEUKEMIA OR DIABETES." They said he needed to go to a doctor immediately, go BACK on the prescription mouthwash and have TWO MORE cavities filled. I had enough - if they had been seeing him every three months for the last two years, there should NOT have been so many problems. So he switched to my TRUSTED dentist. Well guess what? NO PROBLEMS with his mouth at all. Everything looked normal, NO cavities, NO gum issues. We are seeking legal action for malpractice and possible insurance fraud.

I had very expensive lumineers placed on 10 of my front teeth 2 years ago. This experience with gentle dentistry has been a complete nightmare. The dentist who originally placed them no longer works there. These teeth have chipped often requiring replacements, dealing with another dentist at every visit because of the very high turnover, dealing with office help who do not know what is going on, and other staff who never return your phone calls. This has been a very frustrating experience and ihave never heard back from Leslie Glassbrenner when i have left messages for her either. I would NOT RECOMMEND them to anyone.

Gentle Dentistry has been my dentist for a while now and I have to say that I would never go back to my old dentist. They are so much more efficient, professional and technologically advanced. Honestly, all of my visits to Gentle have been friendly, professional and fast. I really feel that I am getting the most for my money--for someone on a budget, like myself, that's something that is going to keep me coming back for a long time to come.

Great Experience all around! I like that I was listened to and not made to feel bad about how bad my teeth were.

This is not a personal review of Dr. Leslie Glassbrenner, but rather a review of her office, Gentle Dentistry. Oh they're gentle alright...the first few times. They are practically in love with you on those first few visits. But once you sign the "convenient payment plan", forget it. There is no more concern or special treatment....you don't even get to see your original dentist anymore. Appointments are broken with no notice, hours go by while you sit in the chair....and God forbid you have an emergency. My husband had to wait 9 days, in severe pain, with an impacted tooth because they had "no openings". This after he was bumped on several occasions to accomodate someone else. Yes, I am extremely angry. But if you need more proof, check out any review site online.
