Dr. Carpenter has been our family dentist since we moved to the area. His work is exemplary, he and his staff are efficient and friendly. He has helped our out of town family members on Christmas day! They weren't even his patients but he provided the help they needed until they got home. He is gentle, caring and top-notch. Now his son has joined the practice and we are just as fond of him. A chip off the old block, we have no apprehension about the day the "guard" changes. We trust them both.
About Front Desk: The staff are bright and efficient, taking care of the billing and insurance details that we could so easily overlook. They think ahead so we don't have to worry about unexpected insurance non-payments. Beside all of the above they are friendly and remember our names.

Dr Carpenter did a root canal on me that no other dentist was able to do! I kept getting referred to a specialist but he was the perfect dentist for the job. Dr carpenter was highly successful at keep the pain below minimal for me, which is great for someone who is afraid of dentists.

I saw Dr. Carpenter the 1st time in an emergency situation. He was willing to see me on a short notice over the weekend. He did a great job and is very thorough and even called later to check on me. He is the only dentist I would recommend.

Dr. Brad has been my dentist since I was a child. I would never go anywhere else. I actually have fun when I go to see my dentist! who can say that!? the ladies up front are always helpful on explaining any questions I have about insurance, cost, payment options. I can't say enough good things.
