About Front Desk: The office staff is rude abrasive. The Office Mangager Julie called me names, used profanities and refused to let me talk to any other person in the office since she was not profient with the insurance standards. She even said I had terrible insurance and they wouldnt authorize anything. After talking with my insurance they told me that they authorized all procedures requested and would if it was requested. She then proceded to hang up on me after cancelling my surgury and told me SHE would not let me return and to find another dentist. Because I questioned her and tried to add an additional service onto my visit. This office is terrible. Do not use the services ever.
