I had a cleaning and cavities filled here about a year ago. THe cavity filling was quite painful and I think he hit a nerve or something important when administering the Novocaine shot because I felt it very painfully and then was in pain for a week afterwards. I had never experienced pain from cavity fillings before.
Also, I moved and now have a new dentist. Dr. Greashaber said I still had many cavities left that needed filling. My new dentist says I have none. I don't know who is right. I don't know if Dr. Greashaber just wanted more $$, or if he just errs on the side of caution.
In any case, overall he was friendly enough, but the pain from the cavity filling was really unbearable.

I did not like this dentist. He seemed more concerned about packing his office and turn around more then caring for his customers. I had an 8am appt. that started late. His staff is rude and untrained. If you have questions no one ever answers the phone. And half the time you call his main number you get the stupid fax machine buzzing in your ear. The building and equipment is old and out of date. With so many dentist in Ann Arbor, I would highly recommend going some place else.
About Hygienist: I got stuck with someone doing a job interview as my hygienist. She didn't know where anything was and it took forever. None of the other employees ever came to check on her.
