I went to this facility because I was feeling sensitivity in the tooth that had a crown on it....also applied by Coast Dental, but a different dentist.
Coast advertises itself as affordable dentistry, yet I paid $1400 for a crown that looks like a wad of chewing gum in the back of my mouth. I've since checked prices at normal dentists, and it seems the going price for a crown is $900-$1100. I think the reason Coast is supposed to be cheap is because they hire new dentists who are there for a short term, so you're not likely to see the same dentist a year or two later.
I don't even think a crown was the correct treatment, since the pain at that tooth is getting more pronounced every week, and I'm starting to feel pain in the ear and jaw on that side as well.
Check out time should be about 2 minutes, but took almost 15 minutes. I sat and waited a long time for her to get my check approved. When the secretary was having trouble with the phone number at whatever bank she was calling, I suggested that I pay with a credit card, but she insisted we continue with the check.
About Hygienist: the previous crown was gold. I asked to keep it after it was removed. The hygenist agreed, but she did not give it to me.
