DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST. I had the very worst experience of my life with this creepy dentist. The office is this old run down house, and the place is filthy inside. I don't know why I didn't walk right out the moment I saw the place, but I wish I had. He was rude to his employees and had to take x-ray after x-ray of me, because he couldn't seem to get it right the first time. It was almost like a joke
I came in for a routine root canal, and he had me return on 4 separate occasions, because the seals kept failing, and he had to redo his work over and over. So after the 4th visit, and after paying him over 1000$ for his botched work, I told his office manager that I was going to another dentist because I was not satisfied with the work Joe Haselhorst was doing.
So I then find out im being sued for the remainder of the cost of the root canal that HE NEVER FINISHED! So this @#$@# is sueing me for services NEVER rendered. . . . they never even listened to me when I explained that it was due to the poor service that I was no longer returning, I should have asked for my money back!!
And I cannot warn you enough to stay away from this practice!

Just visited the office for the first time for a routine cleaning. The hygenist was terrific--warm, personable, efficient--really made me comfortable. Dr Haselhorst was genuine and caring; he really spent alot of time with me to understand my anxieties. He did a thorough evaluation of my history and ensured i was an active participant in a treatment plan. I have to return for a procedure--hopefully it will be as stressfree as this first visit.
One comment--the office could use a facelift.

Dr. Haselhorst is the best dentist I have ever been too. I went for root canal treatment and it costed me close to 2 grand. But it was very painless procedure and the doctor took time to explain everything to me. The office personnel were courtesous and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Dr. Haselhorst has a nice personality and makes the patient feel at home.
I went through a root canal procedure which turned out to be a big success.
His clinic is well equipped, with modern gadgets. Sometimes it is little hard
to talk to the front desk, although the Dr. is accessible over cell phone mostly.
