Dr. Madison is such a great dentist. Has a great laugh and keeps your nerves calm. Love her!

About Front Desk: The front desk staff is always very nice and personable.

About Hygienist: Hygienist was very good and personable.

Older facilities, decent service. insurance assistance ok, chatty but friendly enough hygienists

Excellent dentist, very friendly. I got all I needed and more. Highly recommended and convenient for the downtown worker.

I had one exam and cleaning. Dr. Loewinger also examined. Cleaning was comfortable and efficient. Waiting time was minimal and they sent forms ahead of time so I arrived ready to see the doctor. The office does not take MetLife (I used to have Delta) so I have to switch now, which is too bad.

I got Dr. Madison's listing from my dental provider's search engine. She was the closest dentist in my area so I went to her. The front desk secretary was polite but the facilities did not seem like it had the best of equipment. The doctor was not really responsive to my questions and just sort of glazed over her responses. During a procedure for a filling, from the looks of the hygenist who was helping her on the side, she was almost squeamish, I'm assuming from the blood that was coming out and the fact that the doctor seemed to have trouble fitting this metal apparatus around my teeth, and that made me nervous that the doctor was not very experienced. The doctor did make sure I was well anesthetized so I wouldn't feel any pain. There was no pain or discomfort since the filling procedure on that tooth.
