In my experience, this is a very good group. I have been treated and seen by many of the Drs and assistants. Every other friday they are closed.

Dr. Cooper does decent technical work, but his attitude is terrible. He is egocentric, rude and unprofessional in his manner, and not concerned with patient comfort. He and his assistant were so busy talking about her son's soccer tournament that she kept pulling the instrument out of my mouth everytime she gestured with that hand. When I called their attention to it, he yelled at ME!
Also, when the insurance company sent the check to me instead of to his office by mistake, his front desk person was also unwilling to take the check after I stopped off in the pouring rain and offered to sign it over to them. She wanted me to go to the bank and deposit it and then come back and write them a check. This was not cusotmer friendly.
Also, every chair I was put into, had a broken arm and so was uncomfortable.
I am not going back and don't recommend him unless you enjoy being abused.
