I attended the facility for the first time about 3 years ago. I go there every six months and absolutely love the dentist and his staff. They are one of the most affordable dentist office's around. They accept most insurance and even when I was without insurance they gave me different discount plan options. They are always willing to work with me. I would certainly recommend them to others.

picked Dr. Graham off my provider list but I got so lucky! Lifetime of horrible dental experiences kept me away from having any dental work for 10 yrs., until I broke a tooth. Dr. Graham was very gentle and I was at ease the whole time.

About Hygienist: Awesome, very experienced and made me feel comfortable and confident.

He said that an abcessed molar between 2 newly crowned molars was in such bad condition that it had suddenly rotted my left lower jaw bone and that a root canal could not be used. He said a bridge would be necessary. The bridge broke 4 months later. He couldn't repair it. He said that he would sell an implanted bridge or give me a free partial plate. When I chose the partial plate he said, "open your mouth". He put the drill in my mouth and quickly drilled the ends off 4 of my front teeth and a hole in a 5th. I lost 2 molars and a crown. My jaw is uneven and my teeth don't match. It is hard and painful to eat. I reported him to the Georgia Dental Association. He was judged and found guilty.

Went to Dr. Graham's office after being a patient at Dr. Charles Dimling's office for over 5 years and not being happy with the service. Dr. Graham's office is not as flashy, but the care and service are better. Ultimately the dentist spends little time with you anyway, and I found that their hygienist was better than Dr. Dimling's. Both are good though and recommended.

He capped the wrong tooth and the capped he put on tooth decayed and now I'm having to have an implant. Also his procedures are more painful than other dentist from whom I've had dental work.

Dr. Graham's office is easy to find, near Kennestone Hospital but unfortunately, he is difficult to find-once in his office. By this I mean it is always apparent on our visits ( husband & myself) that his various office staff do all the work! After they have been with you for your cleaning and exam Dr. Graham comes along and spends perhaps 5 minutes with you. His manner is both impatient and insensitive. And don't dare tell him something hurts---YIKES! He gets even more frustrated with you. When I had a fitting for some bridgework and it was obviously painful he stopped and just sat back and asked me if I wanted to continue!! Maybe he's been doing this too long but if you want gentle, patient caring dental care-do not waste your time/money/teeth here.

I have had a horrible experience every time I have gone to this dentist. The staff is very unpleasant and sometimes down right rude. The dentist himself is non caring and always rude - procedures are painful and very expensive!!!
