Please do not go to Dr. John Lee. He has very unprofessional staff.

I was referred to Dr. John Lee (by his friend) for gum surgery. He did a Laser surgery on my full teeth. I suspect that he did not do the procedure for the complete teeth. He has skipped the last tooth in the lower left side due to difficulty to reach. After doing the surgery for the second "quadrant" he sent me home without any instruction about what I should do in relation to anti-biotic and pain-killer medications. After four days, I had an infection on one tooth. When I called to ask instant help, Dr. Lee was not interested to talk to me. Instead, he asked his secretary to ask me what the situation was. I inssited that I talk to the doctor but to no avail. Finally, she told me to get pain relief medicine from pharmacy. Dr. Lee's facilities fall short of standard levels. He is disrespectful of his patients; perhaps he has biases with skin solor. Dr. Lee is absorved more with his money rather than on the profession. I don't recommend patients to go to him.

I went to Dr. Lee after being referred by my dentist for possible implants. Walking through the door and meeting his staff gave me such comfort. After meeting the doctor I felt 100% comfortable I was at the right place. I did need an implant and with much apprehension of the surgery I experienced no pain what so ever and the recovery was fair as expected. They were willing to work with me on the Ins and financial part of my surgery. I have never walked in his office with out being welcomed and recognized by my first name. (which means alot) I would recommend Dr. Lee to anyone I know.

He performed some periodontal treatment and did 4 implants, one of which has failed. I guess it is 75% success. Dr. Lee told me I should be happy with 75% success because one of his patients had100% failure. I wish I new that before I left over $10,000 in his pocket. When I tried to talk to him about a refund, he patted me on the shoulder and walked away with me still talking to the air in his office. Also, he tried to make me feel guilty because of my smoking. I believe, the failure is related to the implant being placed in the infected area, but I am not an expert, and you can call my comment speculation or as I said, my belief. The reason I am writing this review is to prevent the next patient from the experience I went through.
