The most caring dentist I've ever been to. He's a perfectionist and will not be satisfied until the patient is happy with the work done.

Needed an implant, couldn't afford it, was coerced into a temporary at a 3rd of the cost of an implant, assured it would last a long time and that "they would take care of me", temporary broke before 6 mos, assured again that "they would take care of me" They charged me $250 to fix it and when I said that I had been assured that it would last a long time and I would be taken care of they said, "we fired the girl that was, 'taking care of you'" and refused to negotiate with me. I wasn't even allowed to discuss it with the dentist. The office staff was rude and I felt like I was conned into buying something I did not want in the first place. I am out $750. The cost of half of the implant. Dentist was great but business was crummy. Never went back and let them keep the tooth! He had been my regular dentist for 4 years too!
