Dr. Richardson is so great with children; he knows just how to comfort my children. He makes them relax, and his office staff makes the entire procedure fun. The huge fish tank built right into their wall in the waiting room is beautiful and captures the kids eyes and interest right away. The staff is always smiling and treats me great! I never feel like all they want is my money. I love the hygienist and her assistant. They are great at not making my kids feel down about their treatment, but instead they encourage them to brush and floss better. They are a private and awesome practice and so I don't mind that their fees are a little higher than my general dentist. After all, he paid for all that extra schooling to become a specialist in pediatric dentistry, (much more schooling than my general dentist). In addition, he offers nitrous oxide or as they call it: "Happy Air" for my children, and also general anesthesia for my little one that could never be expected to sit through lengthy procedures. Having used the general anesthesia I can guarantee that when she gets older she won't be traumatized!
