Office well run, hygenist excellent and good at explaining things. They recommended implants, and had and additional treatment plan for me which would cost about $600 after insurance kicked in. Dentist did not explain much - though she gave me a chance to ask questions. Problem was, I did not see the treatment plan at the end of my visit, by the receptionist, who explained some of it
