Where to begin? The waiting room for Batz & Weiner, where Dr. Wai Wai works looks fine. However, the patient treatment rooms are disgusting: dirty, cramped, and even unfinished. The x-ray and sink equipment was very dirty. Dr. Wai Wai has zero chair-side manner. She did not introduce herself; I had to ask who she was. She is a horrible communicater; it was difficult to understand her when she described my condition and she was rude and impatient when I asked questions. She referred me to an endodontist, who just happened to be in the same office as her. I was charged a retainer for a root canal just to get an appt. with her endodontist, as if she assumed I needed a root canal. She said she could not tell which tooth my cavity was on because of the blurriness of the x-ray she took. I would never go back. The experience was all around unacceptable.
