Dr. Trent is extremely fast and all of his employees were super polite and helpful. I have been to Dr. Trent several times I have had a couple fillings and I had a wisdom tooth extraction. He was very nice and made sure I was relaxed. I did start feeling pain during one filling and he stopped and gave me more numbing meds turned out the spotlight so it would not bother me and gave me a few minutes before coming back to finish. It was a pleasant experience, as pleasant as visiting the dentist can be that is.

I would NEVER go to this dentist again! A tooth extraction followed by his ineffective care and dismissive response to aggressive swelling in my jaw resulted in an abscess of a gland and a close call with intensive care at the hospital. I would never never never recommend this dentist to anyone. Stay Away! If it had not been for the aggressive care given to me in an emergency situation by Oral Surgeon Dr. James Baker, I believe I would be dead. That is how bad it was.

This dentist was horrible! Starting from the time I went into the little room from the time I left was exactly 15 minutes. I could still feel the pain as it never had adequate time to take effect. I have told all my friends to never go there. His chair-side manners were absolutely inexcuseable. He told me "Oh, that doesn't hurt." I went there only one time and that was enough for me. I cried all the way home as my jaw was swollen and I couldn't hardly speak!

Well, he's an OK Dentist, but the lady that does his billing is insanely rude, offensive, and it made me and my family leave there. Generally, his work falls out after a couple of years and it seems like he charges a lot. I have two different insurances and still have to pay for fillings. Screw this guy, there are better dentists out there.

He seemed to dislike to me for some reason.
. He did not acknowledge me, or say Hello
He was not gentle and did not give the time needed for the shot to work; he could have said
"I'm sorry," or "Does it sill have feeling"? Does it still hurt? Can you fill this?
I gave him a second chance but had the same treatment.
I know he has skills and is a very good Dentist because he has lots of business.
His staff are very nice.

Worst experience ever! Small tiny filling to be done in-between 2 front bottom teeth. Tooth was filled from the interior of mouth. Get in car, and the front of my tooth had a large crack with 2 holes in it!!! Go back, he re drills. no numbing, adds more filler, sands. Get in car again and see a tiny hole in-beween my 2 teeth again! Just as if I had a bunch of drilling and filling that got me no where except with a new tiny hole like I started with. Very Stressed out! For the initial drilling and numbing, I am left with a bruised feeling now...13 hours later. Water splaters from previous patient on the chair and on the base/holder of all equipment. They may he high tech, and have a pretty office on a first appearace, but wiping down must not be part of matintaining area. Dental assistance chair must have never been wiped as it had funk residue built up on it! Im going to get a second opinion if I should go back to get my new hole re-done again by him. If you like stress, pain and drilling over minor and small cavities make sure to go to him!
