I am a contract Employee that doesn't have time nor money for a doctor to drill on my teeth for the sake of making a few bucks. Dr. Biel is honest, his staff is second to none, and all around the only place I will go to.

While Dr Biel's office may not be the ultimate in high tech gadgetry, Dr Biel provided me with great quality care and if you want an office with people who are warm, friendly and compassionate this is where to go.

Dr. Beil and his staff is GREAT. Our family of 5 have been going to him for years. His office always gets us in very quickly and the services is great.
About Hygienist: Always very helpful and is great at what she does.

Dr. Biel is excellent. He has been able to fix a cracked molar that 3 other dentists have struggled with over the past 10 years. He is very thorough, makes excellent diagnoses, and is quick to take action. He knows what he is doing. While his office may give you the wrong first impression, his knowledge and techniques are definitely up-to-date.

Dr. Biel is so accommodating. I was in tremendous pain and he took me in right away, and he was super nice. His staff is amazing as well. An overall great experience. He does not have a heavy hand and he walked me through the process quite nicely. I recommend him wholeheartedly.
About Hygienist: She was very good and thorough. She advised on best whitening process. I was very satisfied.

Finally, I found a dentist who is genuine, knowledgeable, genuine and not greedy. After my bad experience at Forward Dental I was excited to find someone who was not out to make money but do what dentists used to do well.

Of a few I have tried in Milwaukee over the years, Dr. Biel is my favorite. Just a comfortable, efficiently staffed place. I have had to reschedule appointments several times - never had a single screw up. They were very nice to deal with when insurance was slow to pay. I have a lot of faith in Dr. B's know-how, and one time a hygienist there was super informative as she cleaned my teeth. Tremendously educational as it should be!

Dr Biel has a pretty gentle bedside manner and is professional.
The office staff had a little snafu with my apointment but fixed it when I insisted that I had done the appointment as described.
