Please go to another dentist if you have any work done by Dr. Grace wu!!!!! before it too late. I had a lot of works done by this doctor and all of it is all failing due to cavity left behind. I was told by a new dentist that the work is horrible. I end up loosing 3 molars, 2 root canals needed and all my filling redo.

I do give credit to Dr. Wu for her perseverence. Unfortunately, that is the only positive thing I can say. I have been to other dentists before and she is the first one who made me feel pain. I have never felt traumatized until I came to her for dental care. Never again. I'd like to think that she will change after more dental schooling and classes that focus on the care of patient needs and feelings.

I would never give any one Dr. Wu'd number. My experience with this office has been very upsetting. I went to her in January for crowns and if I would have know the trouble and the pain I would through I would have never done it. I had to go 3 different times to get the moldings for my crowns because something always happened to them. And they would never notify me, when this happened I had to call each time to find out if the crowns had come in or not or if something happened. That was very unprofessional. I waited six month to get my permanent crowns.

Dr. Wu office is one of the worst dentist I have ever been to. She is very unprofessional. I have been in her office serveral times and never once has she explain any procedure, I always have to ask the questions. And half the time she has her assitants do all the work. She doesn't care about her patients.

I have seen the Dr. Wu several times. I have not experienced any poor 'bedside manners'. She is quick and efficient and the office has all of the latest equipment.
