I saw a review someone wrote on this dentist at some site and they said that he was "quirky". What he is is disorganized and dirty. His waiting room was so filthy my skin crawled. Although he and his receptionist seem to be very nice people there also seems to be a constant problem with scheduling and keeping appointments on time. My first visit (also my LAST) I had to wait 2+ hours to see the dentist (in that FILTHY SLIMY waiting room). The office was supposed to call me back with a treatment plan but never did. After three calls to them (the dentist answering his own phone!) I cut them loose.
My time in the waiting area (overhearing phone calls) should have been enough for me to have walked out, but I LIKED him and his receptionist....
NOT a good enough reason to go back, but I was actually considering doing that!!! ?
Forget my teeth; I should have had my HEAD examined for THAT!!!
I actually had nightmares about keeping the follow up appointment I had made. I called the office 15 minutes before I was supposed to come in and there was no one answering the phone!
MY ADVICE: Don't get involved with them.
About Hygienist: He said he does all the dental cleanings himself: My Experience: He dragged his pick through my teeth for 5 minutes and said he had cleaned them? WHAT?

He is very honest., has never overcharged or tryed to get in extra work that was not needed. I would recommend him very highly.

I have been going to Dr. Moody's dental office for many years on and off. I have been to other dentist in between and have always gone back even though it is a long drive because he is the most caring and talented dentist that I have ever been to. I was born with less than perfect teeth and he not only gave me a great smile but he and his office always made me feel comfortable.
About Hygienist: Dr. Moody does his own cleanings and I have not found another dentist that did as good a job.

Dr. Moody is a very good dentist. My whole family uses him for any dental needs. It is nice to know that he will not hesitate to see us if any EMERGENCY pops up, no matter what time or what day. His receptionist, Caroline is very helpful also. Always pleasant and always has a smile to greet you when you walk in. I have recommended many friends to him, all very satisfied with the service and his knowledge of the Dental Industry. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He takes most all insurance and if you do not have insurance they have several companies he works with to give you the best price to finance. Give him a call for an appointment for a check up and cleaning... you will be glad you did.
