Very bad! The only reason I've known them for a 1-1/2 years is because I've been dealing with their billing blunders for that long. I received a letter from collections for a date that I do not recall even going to the dentist office. I never received a bill from the dental office at my home. At least if I had received the bill I could have dealt with the situation before it ever went to collections. After speaking with the collections agency back in February they told me that they would submit a claim to my insurance company. The dentist office came back saying that they already billed my insurance but according to my insurance company they never received a claim for this date of service. Now I have to get a written letter from my insurance company stating that they never received a claim for that date just so the collections agency can go back and tell Dr. Fong that they are mistaken and that will not even fix the problem. I tried calling Dr. Fong's office to see if they could help fix the problem and they told me I have to deal with the collection agency that it is no longer in their hands. Rude and clueless people in that dental office. Do not go here if you don't want to go to collections!
